Saphan Sung (สะพานสูง) pronounced sà-paan sŏong is one of 50 districts or khet in Bangkok, Thailand. The district name means "tall bridge", referring to bridges built over the city canals, or khlongs.

Saphan Sung is located to the east of the city center and is bounded by seven other Bangkok districts. From the north clockwise, neighbouring districts are:

• Khan Na Yao
• Min Buri
• Lat Krabang
• Prawet
• Suan Luang
• Bang Kapi
• Bueng Kum

Saphan Sung District may be identified with the geocode value 1044. The district uses the Thai postal code 10240, except for Moo 12-17 Saphan Sung Subdistrict, which uses the code 10250.
