MBK Shopping Center

MBK Center (pronounced mah-boon-krong) (Thai: มาบุญครอง) is a popular shopping center located next to Rama 1 and Phaya Thai Road. It was named after the developer's parents, Khun Ma and Khun Boon Krong. The center is popular with foreign tourists and Thai shoppers, and is well known for having a large number of small stores selling new and used mobile phones. Unlicensed software, pirated movies and counterfeit goods are also widely available.

Tilleke and Gibbins Museum of Counterfeit Goods

The Tilleke and Gibbins Museum of Counterfeit Goods presents a large array of counterfeit and pirated goods taken from raids conducted on behalf of the the law firm's clients. The collection, which goes back to the 1980s, comprises more than 3,500 items divided into 14 broad categories, including:
