Converting Thai dictionary data files

You don't mention which database you plan to use, but you'll almost certainly need to edit/convert the files before they can be imported into a database. You can do this yourself or download files I converted last year. The converted files are formatted as XML documents and can be imported into Microsoft Access database program.
