Getting there
The National Library is located next to the intersection of Sri Ayuthaya Road (ถ.ศรีอยุธยา) and Samsen Road (ถ.สามแสน) and situated close to the Chao Phraya River. Thewet Pier (ท่าเรือเทเวศร์) is about 700 m away. If traveling by skytrain, get off at Ratchatewi or Phaya Thai BTS station and then take a public bus or taxi to the National Library. Ask for hŏr sà-mut hàeng châat which if you pronounce it correctly means the National Library. A metered taxi ride from Phaya Thai station should cost about 60 baht. Some public buses are currently free.
